need help with mc server

Also I recommend against doing this on Windows, you should really be doing it on a CLI-only Linux distro like Ubuntu Server or something to get the most stability and performance. It's not hard to do an MC server on that, in my experience it's actually a lot easier than on Windows.

i am using windows because i only have 1 PC

If your computer is on 192.168.0.1 then it's fine, but I somehow doubt it is. Also make sure the firewall on your PC isn't blocking port 25565.
