Cortex A9 VS Snapdragon Scorpion

Go to solution Solved by Freaky_spider,

i had a Xperia S and it didnt lag at all

OC phones isnt really good, its a nice to tinker around with but it isnt adviced to OC your phone for daily use, also batterylife will drop like a brick when oc'd

So the verdict, i would go for it! its a very nice phone

also if it has some scratches on it it comes pre aplied with a screen protector! so you can take that of and put a new one on!

So here the deal: ive been offered an xperia S to exchange for my xperia P.

So Clock for clok wich is better? the A9 or the Scorpion? Its important bc i have a lot of stutter/freezing going on on the xperia p and if i trade out i dont want the same to happen. I know the resolution of the screen is also a factor in speed. plus the mali400 vs the adreno 220...

So bottomline: Will i have a better user experience? I know im talking about 2 year old, now out of support phones but since im on a tight budget this looks to be the best option as of yet. So will the xperia S be more "snappy" and speedy?

Thanks in advance.

(also i would put a custom rom on the phone( the S i mean) sooner or later, how much do i benefit from overclocking?)

looks the same to me

but go with the S because its upgradable to v4.1.2 (Jelly Bean)

also higher Resolution screen
