Try closing any background processes and tasks before playing, including programs like discord,Skype, etc.

I tried this. It shouldn't be a problem, I run every game without problem.

There must be someone who has had this problem, It's like it dips in fps and freezes the screen for a split second :/

Was their any OC?
Yes, then save your OC profile in the bios so that can be reloaded later and then reset your OC back to stock setting and see if that does anything.

I already tried it with my gpu OC / stock.

No difference :(

My CPU is not overclocked.

Those game settings near the end of that clip, are those set by the game or you changed them yourself. If you have changed them, set it back to defaults and try again. Also try running the game at 60Hz and see if it does anything.

I just tried it at 60Hz and there was no fps drop/stutter.

I changed the settings to default, game is restarting now. Will let you know in a minute :)
