I already have a headset- But before I even buy the case ive noticed that the case has a audio and microphone slot.

My headset only has one wire how will i make both work?

How will microphone and audio work? I have a Turtlebeach headset

Pc has this dumb thing, that unlike a laptop or a phone, headsets won't work without an adaptor, and idk why, really dumb stuff.

Anyways rant over, you need a "headset splitter cable" for that:

Spoiler

Amazon.com: KINGTOP Headset Splitter Cable 3.5mm Female to 2 Male ...

I only see your reply if you @ me.

Probably yes, MSI audio quality has been decent, and you can always get an DAC/AMP upgrade later on.

One thing about audio: I have noticed that the audio quality on the motherboard back ports is much better than on the case ports, so maybe plug your headset into the motherboard.

Because your front panel is a long run across your electronically noisy PC
