Well if it's a hardware issue then you might have to get the manufacturer to fix it, but if it's a software issue then I can't really help you here, I hope there are other more experienced Linux people on this forum, for the time being google around and see what you can do.

I think its software issue cause it works on windows and on other linux live boot such as manjaro and solus.

Thanks though for your help.

Look, I don't know exactly how Linux works, but there are some equivalent things on Linux and Windows 10, if you were on Windows, this is what I would do and maybe you can do some of this on Linux. Note: these are just general steps and some of them may not apply to you.

Try to report the bug if you can, it will benefit you and any others experiencing a problem.

1.Restart the computer

2.Check if the issue only applies to one app or the whole OS.

3.Reinstall your audio drivers.

4.Switch to integrated sound.

5. Download or Roll back any system updates

6. Use drivers from a different source (be careful where you get them from though)

7.Wait for 1-2 days.

8.Use an external speaker of headphone.

9. Try advanced troubleshooting using the Bash Shell (be careful not to mess up anything)

10. See if your manufacturer can fix it.

11.Install a dedicated sound card.

12. Reinstall your OS.

13.Download a registry cleaner. (This line is a joke DON'T DO THIS, Linux doesn't have a registry anyway.)

14.Install a different OS.

15. Get a new computer.
