I bought a notebook last year from RCA and noticed that the tablet would hard shut down when there is still 15% battery left and nowadays it does it when there is still 90% battery left, it's not a soft shutdown with the windows "shutting down" screen, the screen goes black and everything stops instantly. (Tablet is a Cambio W1013DK.) It's still under warranty contacted cutsomer support they said that they could service it but I want a refund, can't return to Walmart since I discarded the box, any idea on what I should do. Sorry, if it's not meant to be here didn't know where to post it.

I also lack post processing when I post so please refresh before replying as I probably edited my response!

Hey, sorry to hear that you are going through this. You may not need the box for a return, especially if it is to Walmart. If you have a copy of the receipt for your purchase, you could just go in and see if you can get a refund. Either than that, I am a bit stuck on how else you could get a refund, unless you want to repair the tablet and then sell it to someone.
