Depends on what you're looking to spend.

The Ryzen 5 3600 is still a really good price/performance.

Ah okay. If you were going to get a dedicated video card I would have suggested the Ryzen 3 3100.

The 2400G would probably work alright for emulating at up to 1080p or so.

 

I'll look up some 2400G tests online.
