what psu should i buy?

im upgrading my gpu so i need a 450w psu but im concerned about whether i have a ATX, Micro ATX or Mini ITX motherboard. does specific type of motherboard support specific psu's? here's my model number M32CD_A_F_K20CD_K31CD. this is my first time so be kind :)

2nd of all. A 2080ti and a 3950x can run on a decent 450w even.

It's a bad unit all around. 

Afaik it's group reg as well. But I could be wrong.

while a 600w is overkill, it really depends on how long you're using your pc.

an rx570 with i5-6400 would work with a 450w psu right?

also would it be good for gaming?(im going for 1080p 60fps low/medium settings)

if not can you recommend me a good gpu?

Well I don't know how much the 570 costs for you. 

But the cx450 is a perfectly good budget PSU.

No, case fans can make a slight difference but as long as you have some fans in your case (most come with at least one) it won't run at dangerous temps.

As I said. Most cases come with one and you are not running the hottest components so it should be fine if you couldn't get your hands on one.

Yeah, at worst you might lose 1 or 2 FPS over long gaming sessions as the graphics card heats up, but other than that you won't have problems.
