I am wondering if I can transfer Windows 10 Home to a different drive in my Computer without wiping any of the drives. I want to change it since I got a M.2 recently and the boot times have been super slow.

Do a clean install (with all other drives unplugged) then plug in the drives and move your files over with file explorer, then repartition the old drives to wipe them and remove all the old windows partitions.
