Capture card for Switch?

I want to get a capture card to record switch game play, but people are telling me not all capture cards work with switch. Is this true, and if so, is there a capture card that does work for switch? Preferably under 100$

Also preferably 1080p 60fps, I want to record COD from my xbox as well and 30fps won't cut it.

Under $100 I’m not so sure that will work (not from what I see)

There's quite a few on amazon for anywhere from 30$ to 120$ that are 60fps, but will any of them work for switch?

That can't record 1080p60, but I'm almost certain it can do 720p60 if it doesn't bother OP.

Passthrough is for the HDMI output the capture card has, not capturing through the USB port. 

Yes, portable capture cards are that confusing.
