Ram speed problems

So a couple days ago, the ram that i ordered arrives(link attached) and it was stated both on amazon and on the packaging. I take the old. Ram out of the computer and slap the new ones in. I go to task manager and it says 2133mHz. I go to bios and simply enable xmp at 3000mHz and the computer goes into safe mode. I go back to bios and after testing, i realise the max speed is 2400mHz. I will link the page.

system specs:

cpu: ryzen 5 1600af

gpu: rx 560 (ik it is trash)

i dont think any other specs really matter so i wont include them in this list unless requested.

Try this maybe.

 

Set XMP, but manually set the frequency to 2933mhz and see if it posts up.

Manually configure the memory voltage to 1.4v.

are you sure it says in the specs that the voltage is 1.35. I dont want to fry my computer

Well i did it and it still boots up in safe mode
