Hi, I have a strange issue

Randomly when I turn on my PC it won't boot, it starts, fans spinning, but there's no graphical output on the screen and keyboard/mouse don't light up. Usually when I force shut down and start it again it boots normally (sometimes it enters this "boot loop" twice or thrice before starting). I've lost the motherboard speaker and the MB doesn't have a display with error codes, so I can't tell if the MB is trying to tell me something. Any idea what might be causing this?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600

MB: ASUS PRIME B450-PLUS

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti

RAM: 2x8GB Kingston

It did start happening after I flashed new bios and turned on wake-on-lan. I think I might have figured it out though, I turned off ErP and SMART test during POST and so far (about 10 turn off/turn on cycles) the issue hasn't appeared again. So here's hoping it will stay that way :D
