If it's still under warranty you can get an RMA. If it's not under warranty then it's probably cooked. You can either deal with it if the artifacts aren't too annoying or attempt to fix it with a homebrew method like reflowing.

I was thinking about a reflow also but, i dunno if it would help in this case. wanted to see if others had same issue first.

do you have any overclock on it? if so get rid of it.
