Random Write drop while copying file

I noticed i'm getting random Write drops after my PC restarted itself due to voltage fluctuation even though I have a decent UPS.

Even Steam now says 0 seconds remaining while installing games from backup, is there's a way to fix this?

Installing programs isn't all about copying the data to the drive. The installer is probably taking breaks in the process to find or begin downloading that data from the server, or maybe the drive ran out of data to write for a sec. I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

I'm installing these games straight from local steam backup, there's no download involved. Yeah I hope nothing broke when my PC randomly restarted.

Pressing X to doubt. Again, installing programs isn't just about moving files from point A to B, there's a bit more thinking the CPU has to do that that. I still wouldn't worry about it if you're only seeing little dips like in the task manager screenshot.
