So I have a brand new Samsung SSD but don't have anymore SATA cables. Now I could order one and wait anywhere from 3 weeks to 1month, or I could use a mysterious SATA cable from what is probably an old PC from 5-10years ago

So I'd like to ask if there is any real risk involved? Like, damaging or outright destroying my new SSD. I would very much like for that to not happen :)

Hey so I went ahead and plugged in the new Samsung 2.5" SSD and this happened. Any chance y'all could send a guide my way on how to fix this?
