keyboard is acting weird help

So I spilled water over my keyboard and I cleaned it however I hit some sort of shortcut that I don't know of that is messing with my keyboard.

this is what happens when i just let my keyboard do it's thing now:

Right shift is normal

looks like there's a short in your board. remove the keys along with the frames and look closely to your board and see if there are rusts
