Did you leave the power supply plugged in when you pulled the battery out?

Either way, the better way to reset the cmos is the jumper (or if there's a button use that.) Check the manual for where on the motherboard the cmos reset is

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I need?

Short the jumper for the cmos ( check manual ).

Unplug everything that's external like the PSU cable, keyboard etc.

Try with one stick at a time.

Done , still no display , no debug led light up and no beep

Did you ever fix this? If not try removing your CMOS battery, power cord, etc, and THEN short the CLR RTC jumpers (Cmos clear jumpers) as directed in your manual. You'll want to short them for about 30 seconds.
