gpu Low GPU utilization

Hey guys.

 

I build my first ever gaming PC a month ago and im loving it so far. I manage good performance in the games I have tried so far, but in COD/Warzone I kindoff expected a little more. When im playing Warzone im noticing that the GPU only runs at 2-10% and stays stable under 60C degrees. I have checked all drivers, power settings in NVidia control panel, checked the speed of the RAM. I get (both with 1440p and full HD) just under 150fps in general with almost all settings turned to low. Benchmarks tests it a little under average, but still ranks as good.  

 

Anyone got some ideas?

ASUS x570 plus motherboard

Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200MHz 32GB

Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB SSD

Corsair Hydro H115i RGB

Corsair HX850, 850W PSU

Thanks, it still remains low - but not as low as in task manager.
