Issues with Discord server

When I try to join the LTT Discord I'm not being told that I'm "banned" like I would if a moderator banned me from the server but instead the server kicks me immediately after joining the server. Could someone help me out my nickname on Discord is MedievalSnoo#3015 and my user ID is 703758424860524545 when using developer mode.
