I have a laptop hdd, there is any problem to connect and use it in my desktop, any power issue.?

A laptop HDD (at least one from the last 10 or so years) will be able to plug fine into a desktop, the same way any 2.5" SSD or ('normal') 3.5" desktop HDD will work.

The only thing to keep in mind you need to have a place to mount a 2.5" drive (sometimes called 'SSD mounting place').
