The problem is already fixed. I went to take a look at what drive I exactly have and the power cable was out. I haven't moved the rig in months and the problem started a few days ago...

So everything is good!

If the power wasn't connected you either wouldn't see the drive at all that you were just trying to write to or Windows wouldn't boot at all so I think you're talking about two very unrelated things. Unless you mean't the SATA data cable. That could be related then if it appeared loose, or not fully seated.
