Strange issue FPS

Hi, bought new pc. Have 30fps in game(cod wz), tried cs:go 50-60fps. What i tried: 1. hmdi cable in gpu slot 2. reinstalled graphic drivers 3. display settings 144hz 4. motherboard doesnt have interrogated gpu 5. nvidia control panel also didnt help 6. BIOS updated 7. Using 1 monitor Specs Ryzen 36000, RTX 2070Super, 16GB 3200MHZ, Corsair TX850m: Monitor Samsung cjg50 On Stress test programs (occt, msi afterburner) seems everything normal. Temperatures, usage gpu, cpu also normal. In game seems like gpu doesnt work 100%. Please help

what resolution are you running and what is your render scale

If you activate Nvidia DSR some games startup at 4K 2160p resolution.

 

What INGame resolution and detail settings have you got setup?

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Can you confirm the games not using igpu? sounds way too low fps to be throttle.

main rig:

CPU: 8086k @ 4.00ghz-4.3 boost

PSU: 750 watt psu gold (Corsair rm750)

gpu:axle p106-100 6gbz msi p104-100 @ 1887+150mhz oc gpu clock, 10,012 memory clock*2(sli?) on prime w coffee lake igpu

Mobo: Z390 taichi ultimate

Ram: 2x8gb corsair vengence lpx @3000mhz speed

case: focus G black

OS: ubuntu 16.04.6, and umix 20.04

Cooler: mugen 5 rev b,

Storage: 860 evo 1tb/ 120 gb corsair force nvme 500

 

backup

8gb ram celeron laptop/860 evo 500gb

what i notice i change resolution, to 2560x1440 gpu usage stays aroud 70-86% is it normal? on 1920x1080 always near 100%

render scale doe not matter right now try using ddu (display driver uninstaller) i know you said you removed drivers before but this will purge old driver

if it was useful give it a like :) btw if your into linux pay a visit here

the 3600 doesnt have a igpu

could be gpu is damaged, but that doesnt explain why test results normal. Tried also monitor on laptop seems everything okay

does the board have a diffrent pcie slot you can try?
