I am trying to install Windows on my mobo but I have a feeling that the port (HDMI) on the back of it is dead. My monitor can not receive a signal from it.  I know the port on my monitor is good and the cable I used is good as well. What's left is the port on the board right? So I have to assume that the port is dead?

What CPU are you using?

Do you have a dedicated GPU?

What CPU are you using?

If you're using a GPU, is the monitor plugged into that?

Current PC spec. in my profile.
Can I realistically call myself a gamer, if I only play ONE, twenty year old game...?

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

WHY NOT...?!
