Cpu overclock

I overclock my ryzen 3 3300x cpu to 4.4 ghz and 1.35 v. I have arctic freezer 34 esports cooler. Is it safe? I also enable PBO but im getting higher score in cinebench. If I encrise up to 4.5 ghz at these voltage it becomes unstabile. Shoud i encrise voltage? Is it safe?

Iirc the highest voltage you should go for Zen2 is 1.325v. I’d suggest trying to take down the voltage a bit.

But in stock settings it is 1.385v

That's at idle. When it's under load it'll drop down.

I think JayzTwoCents did a video about this a month or two ago? Board manufacturers were setting too high a voltage out of the box.
