Steam flickering (?)

For some odd reason steam keeps flickering but I can open it just fine... I am not sure what's going on since I had fixed the problem yesterday by uninstallig steam and then installing it again.

If this is the same machine you're having BIOS screen issues with, I'd say it's your graphics card; what are the system spec's & can you try a comparison with on-board graphics?

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

I've got a sapphire 5700xt pulse and I really don't know why it's happening.
