That's not 5 years old. Second of all. 

What tasks ? What's "not as good" what do you mean by that. You literally gave us no information.

Don't worry about comparing your system to your friends. Just look up benchmarks for your specific specs in Minecraft and see if you are getting similar results

Same resolution 1920x1080, I’ve tried turning down the in game settings to low and I just can’t get out the same FPS, also I don’t have vsync on
