You can purchase a Windows 10 Key on ebay or a site such as SCDKeys for less than 10USD (Probably even less than 7.50USD considering all my mates got their's for 7.50AUD)

I'd recommend tuning the memory of the Crucial Ballistix kit. It is super easy and gives really good performance for the price you pay (Easily can get to 3600Mhz or higher with very decent timings such as CL14-16). Plus RipJaws V is very hit or miss with Ryzen.

 

$15 USD for an ethernet cable seems a bit too much but I guess if you're 16ft away from your router it's ok I guess? But even then you can just get a singular cable instead of a pack of two. Also, I replaced the case and PSU for better ones.
