I had a perfectly fine seagate backup plus 1tb hdd. Plugged into sony android tv; didnt show up. After that when plugged into computer with usb3 cable but doesnt show up in device manager or disk management. But when i connect with usb2.0 it shows up only in device manager and says volume information not available when clicking the populate button in properties. Any idea what happened... data recovery is not important as it just had movies. Just need the storage.
