Other details

Hey! I am a 20year old aspiring filmmaker from India. I want to build a video edting system and have decided on the Ryzen 7 3700x. But I am really confused If I should go with b550 or b450, and which board specifically. I want the cheapest option which handles my cpu well so that I don't have to worry about anything in the future. This my first time building a PC. Feel free to change and suggest any part you think will be a better fit.
This is my parts list:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper212 RGB Black edition
RAM: Thermaltake toughram 16gb(8x2) DDR4 3600mhz
GPU: cheapest 1650 I can find.
Storage: Crucial P1 500GB 3D NAND M.2 NVMe Internal SSD (CT500P1SSD8)
PowerSupply: Corsair CX650M SMPS - 650 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certification Semi Modular PSU With Active PFC
Case:Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh (E-ATX) Mid Tower Cabinet - With Tempered Glass Side Panel And ARGB Controller (Black)
Motherboard:  Still confused.

Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you!

Just buy a B450 Tomahawk MAX. It's like $120 and it's awesome for the price. Nor do you need an E-ATX case, it's extra wide to fit high end motherboards which isn't required in this case. Just get a normal ATX case. Second, you can use the stock cooler that comes with it and save a few bucks. The rest of the list looks good.

Thanks for your feedback. Will I face any VRAM cooling issues with that board?? and I read that upto r5 3600x the stock cooler works fine, but for r7s  can sometimes not cool the cpu properly which results in thermal throttling, that was the only reason I was going for an air cooler.

The board is fine for anything up to a 3900x or so, it's a really solid board. It will be fine with the stock cooler, no thermal throttling, but that depends on how hot it is in your room. You can get an aftermarket cooler if you want, I guess $30 isn't so bad.

Yeah, you are right. I will use the stock cooler for now and get an aftermarket cooler later if I face any issues.
