Do your fans normally whirl up on a cold boot?

When it does this does it take longer than other successful boots?

This can happen in a boot loop situation where Windows BSOD or otherwise froze and failed to start. It then restarts and takes you here.

Download crystaldiskinfo and post a screenshot of the results for your boot drive and we can go from there.

They normally are fine and it takes the same time. I started installing my drivers and it said to reset the pc and now I can’t get out of the boot loops

Could be a driver issues. Could be failed hardware. Your fans spinning up for a second is an indicator the PC probably restarted prior to the Recovery screen appearing.

If you can still get into Windows, Event Viewer should tell us the last things the PC was doing prior to the Recovery screen.
