Does my RAM even fit?

So I bought the MSI B450M Pro VDH MAX and G.Skill RipJaws V 16GB 3400 RAM and I am really worried that it doesn't fit. I tried pushing it in harder but it started making weird noises.

Make sure it's facing the same way as the dimm

It's off-center so you can't mess it up

If it is matching

Open the two arms at the end and then put it in. Use equal force at the end of the stick and it should click in place and the arms will go down.

It just doesn't go down. I made sure it's facing the same way as the dimm.

If the board is ddr4 and so is the stick

It definitely is.

I really have no idea what I could have done wrong. I opened the slots the checked how to line it up and then started pushing.
