That's a healthy GPU you got there,

Now that we have checked the CPU,GPU and RAM,

It's probably the motherboard or the power supply (my bet is on the motherboard)

To me it sounds like the RAM is the issue,

Try testing the RAM with Memtest86.

Memtest86 download page:

https://www.memtest86.com/download.htm

Tell us if you get any errors while testing.

I tested, 0 errors.

Use ddu

Don't manually do it.

Tried it, didn't work.

So the RAM is fine,

Try testing the CPU with Prime95 with the Small FFTs option for a hour.

Prime95 download page:

The CPU is fine,

Try testing the GPU and driver stability with GPUPI 3.3.3,

Tell us if you get any errors while testing.

GPUPI 3.3.3 download page:

https://www.overclockers.at/news/gpupi-international-support-thread

Press Calculate and choose 32B HWbot GPU,then press OK to start.

If the GPU passes the test then it's either the power supply or the motherboard (probably the motherboard).

What about warranty?,you can send the motherboard for RMA through the store you bought it from.

What if they can't find a problem in motherboard ? I'm living in Turkey and in this country most of the time they're sending back and saying there is no problems.. I can try, i need to check my warrant it may be expired because it's been 2 years.

Sounds like vendors brushing aside any responsibility they have towards the customer,

But with motherboards it might be different since they are operating internationally so it will probably be sent to a facility outside your country (Usually in Asia)
