do you have an AVX offset?

its was power limit throttling that lit up in xtu and then the clock would go down so is it just a cpu temp issue ive  try avx offset no diff its on -3 atm

try setting the power limit to the cpu to max.

turn's out it was on auto in the bios ive set it to 95 witch is max and 150 for short turbo still throttles

Do the benchmark then

It will boost for a lot higher with pl2 so when it clocks don't worry about that.

i ran a cinebench r20 benchmark at 4.8ghz -1 avx 1.255v max temp was 72c

no power limit throttle so is this fine for gaming max temp while gaming was 63c but still throttles on p95 ?  unknown.png

Could be PL2

Either way If it's fine for your normal workload don't worry about it.
