New headphones

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy new headphones and I don't know which one to buy, I have a budget of around USD$250 to USD$300 and if needed, a amp/dac would be good. I have a few needs for the headphones.

1. It needs to be over ear.

2. The earcup needs to be deep, large and comfy.

3. I need some bass in the headphones, not to overpowering, but needs to be present.

4. Buying from Amazon.com

5. If the headphones does not need a dac/amp and is fine on its own, then don't add it in.

6. Preferably open headphones, but I think semi-open can do.
