I'm looking to get a new graphics card which I got help with in an earlier topic in the Graphics Card place. I have a Omen by hp 880-123no and the stock PSU is 500w and I ran a test with Neweggs Power Supply Calculator which said under 500w with an RTX 2080, but to be on the safe side I have decided to upgrade the power supply to maybe a 650 or 850w with a 80+ Gold or higher certification to save on the monthly bill. But I'm having a bad time trying to understand the different form factors and sizes because on the Newegg website they only talked about like ATX, ATX12V and AT but my motherboard is a uATX which I think is a microATX. Should the PSU size be the same as the motherboard size? Or are the PSU sizes a totally different thing? Btw which size do u think will be the best? And if u have the time give me some examples! :) Thanks!

80+ Gold or higher

Efficiency is not quality.

Atx PSU is not the same as an atx PSU

Open should fit an atx PSU tho.
