BIOS UPDATE

just to the poin what happen if i failed to update my bios? , in my case i use msi b450 tomahawk max, I read the older post that says the mobo ar dead if u fail to update bios, is it true?, i just want to confirm if the new hardware have new feature that can prevent it to dead or something?

If the power goes out while updating the bios then you'll most likely brick your board 

Just don't update your bios during a thunderstorm or something.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

You'd be surprised how often the grid says good night despite not thunderstorm in sight in North America  ...

@OP be careful. As long as you don't lose power it should be fine.

Me neither, still good to know reliability is trash in captialism land :) (only half sure about how bad Canada is affected but iirc they don't have it much better since it is the same grid etc etc)
