This is going to be in the front of an office for patients to be to watch.

For this light of a workload you'd be best off getting an Intel NUC. Though an Intel Compute Stick could also do this, you'd have a much smoother experience with the beefier NUC, and it's still small enough that you could strap it to the back of the TV.
