I dont really want other I really only want the corsair ones, but i just put it there. Answer poll and comment why

Right now I have stock dell keyboard

I recommend a Cm Storm Keyboard unless you really want backlighting. If you absolutely want backlighting then wait for RGB I would say

Yeah I want backlighting. And ir really like the look of corsair keyboard

So it looks like I should get the rgb? I'm only getting it if it is below 170 USD

I voted non-RGB K70. I like the idea of RGB keyboard but I usually try not to get any product right at launch, I like to give the manufacturers a chance to work out any possible kinks in the products.

Hmm I really don't know. I want a new keyboard not because my current one is bad, but I also want the rgb one cause of the problems some people have with the k70 backlight going out.

I would wait for the RGB as its right around the corner. Next month or so. It's not going to be a be all and end all but I think its something nice to have and will be worth the wait.

OK, next month or so? I can wait that long. I just don't want to wait like 6 months.

OK, next month or so? I can wait that long. I just don't want to wait like 6 months.

 

I believe last time I heard, release was said to be around middle of 2014? I'll look up my sources but yeah, I've been under the impression it may be up to 4 more months.

I was saving up for the RGB but ended up buying another one cause a) needed one for work asap, b ) will most likely be cheaper than the RGB, c) I wanted a tkl sized keyboard and d) I don't like buying things as soon as they're released either.

 

Still, it looks great and I'm very excited for it. I have little self control and needed one for work (using the laptop's keyboard gives me bad wrist pain). If you're under no pressure and feel patient, wait for the RGB. If you get the K70 it could be one of those things you end up regretting later. OR if you want to save some money and don't mind used hardware I can pretty much guarantee at least some people who recently bought K70s will be selling them online when the RGB comes out to upgrade. Either choice it seems it pays to be patient :)

Do you have a decent board right now?

I'd personally wait till about s month after the rgb comes out to read reviews and give people time to break them in and see if the product has any problems
