I've made this amazon shopping cart list, is this a good pc? How much fps should it put out. Anything I should change? I'm going to try to build it over the course of the next 2 years.

What? What do you mean you're going to build it over 2 years? Like part by part?
That is absolutely the worst way to build a PC. You won't have anything you can use until the end, and by then you're going to have a lot of outdated parts.

Just keep saving and buy something when you can actually afford it.

No no no. That psu is one of the crappiest units available in the desktop psu space. Find something with dc-dc, (search it up) not a group regulated unit

I have a pc already. I want to build a new one, one that's more powerfull.
