I planned to use the antec DP301M but every seller i found have no stock. So can this be a good replacement?

My max is around 50-60$ but lower is better

The p300 is a decent budget option if you want to look at that

Small question, does different cases have big differences in the build process? like how m.2 ssd have totally different installation then a SATA ssd, or is it practically the same with minor differences on the build process

It is choked up just like the original p400. Tiny openings on bottom and top of front panel that are restricted with plastic grills and dust filters.

 

Barely consumes anything? Rx580 alone is over 200W:s. Some models peak near 240-250W:s. Bad airflow and you have a very loud system.

 

If the fixed a-models of phanteks p300 and p400 are expensive, look at cooler master nr400/nr600. Those are supposed to be as cheap 60-70d and have nice airflow too.
