so im planning out a pc that i want to build. i am trying to keep it as cheap as possible. the pats that i have chosen so far are in the picture below. could anyone reccommend a

cheap but safe a and good power supply please and thank you

A cx450 should not break the bank

And it is a good psu.

It's way more expensive and the system barely consumes 300w at FULL load.
