Discord issues

Hi, got a problem where discord keeps restarting randomly (between 30 seconds and 5 mins), minimizing any game i'm in (if in fullscreen). It keeps me in the voice channel of the discord server i'm in but shows the screen of the discord channels (ie i have to select the discord server again, scroll down and i see im still in selected channel ?!?)
If i'm in windowed mode i hear the disconnected/connected chime and have to click the screen to gain control of the game (doesn't minimize like fullscreen mode)
I uninstalled/reinstalled Discord, removing all files from directory and apps history ect, even done a fresh install of windows. Happens on Windows versions 1903 1909 and 2004.
Tried "focus assist" on and off and all various discord options.

Anyone else had any issues like this..... or know a fix?
