Microsoft GamingService stopped working, causing system problems

Okay so it seems whenever I pin my gpu at 100% while gaming (82C) my entire computer seems to freeze. Completely locked on a still frame. I have tried increasing fan curves, using the windows troubleshooter, and I even unistalled and reinstalled the Windows GamingServices. The reason I did reinstall it is because in the Reliability monitor every time my pc crashes I get the Problem Event "MoAppCrash" for "GamingServices" in the windowsapps folder. Anyone know why this is happening? This is a brand new thing that is happening to me, I updated windows yesterday and I have already updated my GPU drivers. I don't think it could be a heating problem either because my GPU usually runs that hot.

PC Specs
GPU : EVGA 1080 FTW2

CPU : Ryzen 7 2700x

RAM : Corsair 16gb 3666 Mhz

Mobo : MSI B450M Bazooka

Seems like you got some weak silicon, try overvolting it by 100 mv and see what that does, as you describe your situation it should honestly do the trick!

In MSI Afterburner I had increased the Core Voltage up 20% and in RDR2 it did play for a bit longer. But still encountered the same problem. Entire PC froze and I had to turn it off by holding the power button again. However I did not get the GamingServices stopped working in the Reliability monitor this time.

Seems like you got a registery/driver issue, or your silicon is so bad it needs to be returned. Could be a faulty motherboard as well. Hard to say at this point. I would actually re-install windows from scratch, completely wipe everything. If that does not help, you need to start replacing parts. Also reset all bios settings and the CMOS.

If all that fails, there could also be a problem with the PSU, at this point it's seeing what works and what not.
