Assistance needed.

Any suggestions for a build for these uses? 

Budget : $1000-1300 usd

Uses :

video editing (30-45min cooking / baking videos) downscaling 4k to 1080p.

streaming (1hr baking show once a week) - camera : Sony rx106 at 1080p. (may need a capture card) 

gaming (esports etc : overwatch, csgo, smite, LoL), command & conquer remastered, Dirt 4, Battlefield V, GTA V. 

photoshop (poster editing). P

Microsoft word (script editing), homework, school projects. 

Size : mitx (Silverstone Sugo SG13 or smaller) or matx(mini tower)

Color: pure white or blackout

Important : NO RGB unless only white leds.

Monitor and perpherals not needed.

Are you saying no RGB? Or...?

 

Because my build is full of RGB strips/fans, but I only use it on white to illuminate the components. It's easier, and gives you options down the road.

I think OP is confusing "RGB" with "case lighting" or whatever. But I agree, it is easier (probably cheaper) to just get RGB lighting and set it to white.

This gives you a very nicely rounded system. Can set case fans to white or buy the non digital version and throw in your own fans. The motherboard shouldnt be quite that expensive so try and find it at a better price elsewhere. or look for the tomohawk version

You understand you control RGB right? The rainbow puke is the default display option of most to showcase the wide array of colours. You use the products software to pick the colour/effect, etc that you so desire. In your case, you put it to white, and forget about it.

I know but I prefer blackout + it probably look better in my pictures with my bleached hair and emo makeup for my cosplay as Edward scissors hands
