2080 super change the cooler to AIO?

Hi guys. I have a 2080 super and it runs hot. I know 4K demands alot from the GPU but I'll be changing to 1440p monitor soon. Getting ready for CyberPunk 2077. :DD

Now it's summer It runs even hotter. I was just wondering if I could just straight up buy a AIO cooler and use that instead of the stock cooler fans in the GPU.

I saw JayTwoCents do this in his vid. So I was wondering if I could do this with mine.

My GPU is:

Thanks.

Your certainly not thermal throttling

Your not close to the junction temps of this GPU.

Your crashing is not caused by over heating

Ddu the drivers

Run memtest86 to make sure it's not a ram problem

And what specs do you have ?

That case is not good for airflow.  If anything, the investment in something that wasn't a solid front of plastic would help more than an AIO.  Also, go into MSI Afterburner and try increasing the speed of the fan so see if it brings the temps down.

i dunno bout the crashing but here is the only way i know of using an aio on a gpu without a custom solution: https://www.newegg.com/nzxt-rl-krg12-b1-gpu-mounting-kit/p/N82E16835146062?item=N82E16835146062&source=region&nm_mc=knc-googleadwords-pc&cm_mmc=knc-googleadwords-pc-_-pla-_-diy+cooling-_-N82E16835146062&gclid=CjwKCAjw_-D3BRBIEiwAjVMy7CCAA3KGNWvSdXrwGOVUTDmWnV2EY6NavsA18MduV6VwENvHBo2EVRoCZccQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

one of my co workers did this to his 2080ti and it let him get some dank clocks

I bloody knew that case was not a good one. I was just on a tight budget when I bought it. Really wanted a 2080s when it came out. IDK why tho. Thanks. A different case will be priority for me now.

Can you recommend me some thou. I don't know any.

I look at top 10 cases and stuff. They're like £100+

Thanks

Look at something like the Fractal Meshify cases.  You will probably spend a lot less to fix the case issue than a bracket and AIO for the card.  Plus, it's very possible to damage the card by swapping out the cooling.  Unlike a CPU, the gpu isn't protected with an IHS and has a bunch of tiny components around the processor.  I'm also not sure how well Gigabyte is with their warranty if you start removing the stock cooler.
