best best clear cmos if you know how to and see what happens with default settings. If system wont even power on or locks up on screen possible bios data got corrupt or parts are failing memory, motherboard ect..

Clear/reset bios (using jumper or switch)

re seat every hard drive sata(both ends) & power cables.

 

if the above doesn't work unplug all the hdd that are secondary & plug in the one with the OS & See if it boots up.you can move on from there.. post back if its not working at all....
