ASRock X570 Taichi
AMD Ryzen 3 3200g APU
Kingston Hyper X Fury DDR4 16GB (8GB x 2) 3200MHz (Included in ASRocks QVL (Picasso) list)
Samsung 970 EVO PLUS 500GB M.2 SSD
Corsair TX650M 650W ATX PSU
Windows 10 64bit

I recently built the above PC as I needed a new work machine, and wanted something I could upgrade (CPU/GPU) in a year or so.
However I have been experiencing some strange behaviour from this setup.

Firstly I can only boot into Windows successfully after going through bios, otherwise the system crashes after a few seconds.

Secondly the system only wants to run with a usable memory of 5.93GB, which would be normal(ish) for an APU if only using 8GB RAM.
I thought this might be an issue with the DIMM slots or memory, so swapped the sticks around and booted using one at a time.
Both work individually but again only show 5.93GB usable memory, only this time from a total of 8GB instead of 16GB.
Changing the config from A2 B2, to A1 B1 has the same outcome.

I have run a memory diagnostic test and all seems okay, both sticks are recognised everywhere I look (Bios, CPU-Z, Task Manager).
I have also tried changing the Windows settings in MSConfig, and turning off Auto RAM Virtualization, to no effect.

Anyone experienced anything similar, know what might be causing this?

Cpu z is showing 16 gigs detected

Am I missing something ?

Task manager is often inaccurate

The screenshot was taken with both 8GB memory cards in place.

I have tested both individually and they work as expected (8GB with 5.93GB usable), however together im still only getting 5.93GB.

AsRock recommends that you use slots A2-B2.

Go into System 'Configuration', and make sure Maximum Memory has nothing in the check box.

Also go into the BIOS, and make sure you are not allocating like ~8GB to the iGPU.

I'm using slots A2 B2, just tested A1 B1 as wasnt sure if this was being caused by a bad DIMM slot.
Getting exactly the same behavior from A1 B1 as A2 B2, 16GB and 5.93 usable, and this is the same usable amount if running a single 8GB.

I have checked the boot advanced options and nothing in the check box, also tried allocating 16384 to see if it made a difference, it didnt.

There is no setting in the bios to allocate ram to the IGPU as far as I can tell, double checked every option.
