Yes, as long as it has a PCIe slot. However, sometimes those have proprietary PSUs, where the connectors may not match the 6-pin PCIe that the 1650 Super needs, and may have shipped without an adapter. Also, the power supply might not be strong enough.

For power concerns I would not get anything faster than a 1650 non-super.

Is it a half-height case? In that case you'll need a half-height 1650
