Make sure their specs are the same and the resolution is the same

Comparing results doesn't mean anything

If it's within a 5% difference that's normal

Use furmark or a gpu stress test to compare results

Don't watch a gameplay video with "similar" specs

PC: Motherboard: ASUS B550M TUF-Plus, CPU: Ryzen 3 3100, CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34, GPU: GIGABYTE WindForce GTX1650S, RAM: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 3200 CL16, Case, CoolerMaster MB311L ARGB, Boot Drive: 250GB MX500, Game Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM HDD.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad.

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

Try some other games, some games like CPU more than others and most test systems run something like a 9900k, at least for when those benchmarks were created.

Thanks for this one! I tried to benchmark shadow of the tomb raider and got 115 fps which is more or less the average. I just think that my cpu is a bit old compared to the rig used in benchmarks  Thanks a lot!

It looks pretty normal. Take some caution with things that you see on internet. Anyway, 2080S is overpower for 1440p, so it's expected that better CPUs (9700 or 9900) can extract more frames (10~15%) since theres a bottleneck (expected due low res to very powerfull card).
