Help with screen replacement for laptop

Hey I'm sorry if this is not the correct section for laptop displays. But I have a friend who has broken her laptop screen, I'm pretty sure its only the touch screen digitizer. Pretty much I was wondering if i could use a different laptops touchscreen digitizer on it.

The laptop it self is a, HP Stream x360 11-ab103TU.

And the touchscreen digitizer that i want to put on it would come off of a HP Stream x360 11-ab103TU / 11-ab122TU.

I can't find any information on this and can't find any screens for the laptop in question.

 

Heads up, I'm from rural Australia so I would like to try and purchase it from a place that is a close as possible since shipping to my location is expensive.

if you use a software to figure out exactly which model number of the panel of the screen is, you could probably find a replacement part online. not sure about shipping though. I heard shipping to AU is very expensive.

Is there a good program or website to find the correct screen. I'm in a similar scenario with a HP Envy x360 15m-cn0011dx
